Our warranty ensures the auto parts for a period of 30 days, covering instances of damaged parts or items sent in error. It’s important to note that this warranty exclusively applies to parts; labor costs are not included for any items sold by Premier Auto Parts.
In the event of a damaged part, our commitment is to attempt repair. Should a replacement not be available, we will issue a full refund for the entire sale amount. If a subsequent order is placed before the return of the initial part, payment for the second item will be requested, and the refund for the original purchase will be processed upon return receipt. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item is not reimbursed.
When contacting Premier Auto Parts for a return, provide a detailed explanation of the reasons necessitating the return. It is essential to adhere to these guidelines for a smooth process.
Premier Auto Parts reserves the right to impose a 25% restocking fee and defer shipping costs for refunds if a returned component does not meet the stipulated warranty requirements.
It’s important to note that we are not responsible for items delivered to the address specified during the sale, as per the tracking information, but not accepted by the purchaser.
Items purchased for testing purposes only or those incorrectly ordered by the customer are not eligible for return. We strongly recommend consulting with an experienced mechanic to confirm the specific component required before placing an order. While we take great care in sending the correct parts, we encourage customers to conduct thorough research prior to ordering.
Products returned after the 30-day warranty period has expired will not be replaced and will be returned to the sender. For an item to be considered accepted, it must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery.
